The 2016 edition of the Local Farm Product Guide reflects recent program initiatives of the Chester County Agricultural Development Council and introduces you to some of the farmers and organizations committed to bringing healthy, local food to the public. The Guide includes a list of over 100 producers within the county and maps their locations to help you find their farm fresh products.

The Chester County Cheese Artisans represents farmstead and artisanal cheese makers practicing their craft in Chester County, Pa.

Sustainable Business Network of Philadelphia

The Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia is a nonprofit network of local triple-bottom-line businesses and social entrepreneurs. They are local business people, professionals, social entrepreneurs, investors, not-for-profit leaders, and government representatives who are committed to building a more socially, environmentally, and financially sustainable local economy.

Pennsylvania Dairy Goat Association

The Pennsylvania Dairy Goat Association was organized and has been active since 1944. Meetings are held twice a year in or around State College, Pennsylvania. An American Dairy Goat Association sanctioned show is held each year by the PDGA. In conjunction with this show they sponsor a milking competition, have a pot-luck dinner, judging contest, raffle table and elect their new Pennsylvania Dairy Goat Association Youth Representative. The purpose of the Pennsylvania Dairy Goat Association is to promote the best interests of the dairy goat and her products through a state federation of individuals and associations.

Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture

Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) is a nonprofit organization working to improve the economic and social prosperity of Pennsylvania food and agriculture. They work with the farmers that grow our food, the consumers that eat the food, and those concerned with the ecological well-being of our environment and natural resources.
